I have bought performance BMW parts off them awhile back.
They seem to have a full garage/mechanical service -- so may do inpsections too. If they don't, they probably will tell you where to go.

In my experience importing vehicles from the USA, it is best to get a provincial inspection from a shop you trust and then get the federal inspection done by Canadian Tire (if that's the only option like here in Kelowna, BC)... rather than have your car in Can Tire for any more than it has to be
