Hi everyone,
I’m a Porsche owner from Vancouver, facing ongoing issues after a routine maintenance at Langley Porsche. My 2022 Panamera now has severe problems: engine vibration, brake performance significantly reduced, oil leaks, and suspected suspension failure.
The maintenance cost was $7,611, and it took 15 days to complete. This included a PDK transmission service I didn’t authorize. Additionally, all four brake pads were reported to have exactly 3mm of wear, the exact threshold for replacement. This level of perfect synchronization seems highly unusual and raises questions about the accuracy of the report.
It’s been over a month since my complaint, yet the dealership hasn’t responded, and Porsche Canada keeps redirecting me to them. I feel stuck, powerless, and unsure of what to do next.

I’ve received the results of an independent inspection, and the conclusion is alarming: my vehicle is deemed unsafe to drive due to safety risks.
When I sent my car to Langley Porsche for maintenance, it was running perfectly fine. However, after the 15-day service, the independent inspection now indicates that the car is no longer safe.
I can’t help but wonder if any parts were replaced or repairs were conducted without my knowledge during those 15 days. This uncertainty has left me deeply worried about the safety of my vehicle.
This car is my only means of transportation in Vancouver. While I have been limiting its use to minimal driving at the lowest speeds, I’m terrified that any unforeseen mechanical failure could jeopardize my safety and that of others on the road.
