hyundai sante fe

I got this as a rental car today . .

Overall The cars I' m used to is cayenee, X5 , ML55

well , this car came as a pleasant surprise. lightweight but handling was good, it delivered nearly 300 miles on a tank . . not only that, it got some lookers.

The steeering was 90 % of a cayenee.. same with the engine, it felt very lively again probably 90 % ofa BMW inline 6 er. the interior was comfortable nothing to complain with the car.

what impressed me was it was almost 90 % of the car of what these Premium brands are, but was only about 25 % of their price.

So my questions is, if you didn't need the super sharp steering and super balanced engines...and liked fuel economy....why not consider a hyundai...

While I seriously oppose the "90% of a Cayenne" statement, they have definitely shaped up over the last few years. They don't deserve their reputation.

from your previous or currrent rides that you listed, I dont see the fourth one being a santa fe. 90% is a stretch.

people buy Porsche, BMW, Mercedes because they see car is a luxury. people buy Hyundai because it's just a transportation. to each of their own.

It is a pretty good vehicle, but buy it knowingly that it is a disposable vehicle. and like all vehicles which are depreciating assets, this depreciates a lot more. You can sell it yourself if you believe in the Kelly blue book, but when you go to a dealer it is the wholesale cost.

same with KIA.

Me? I like the Cayenne, i was referring to the Hyundai as a disposable vehicle, the cayenne pretty much maintains a nice resale value
