Installed my new MoBridge
I installed my Mobridge this weekend in the forward dash. The install went fine but I spent an hour tracking down a improperly connected fiber cable.
If you don't need access to the iPod I would suggest a rear install as it would be MUCH easier.
The sound is great, FAR SUPERIOR to an FM modulator. Highly recommended.
I can't comment on Dennison or NavTV, I just decided to go with MoBridge.
Lots of other MODS coming this week. Stay tuned

I agree if you dont have a CDC it would be much easier. If you have a CDC it sill may be easier as you will be removing it anyway. I went the long way around, installed in the front then removed the CDC and sold it on Ebay.
Sound is outstanding.
I removed all my FM Modulator equipment (iPod and Sirius) I send the Sirius in thru the Aux port on the mObridge.

I don't know of a unit that will also allow use of a CD changer. I don't know why you would want to if you have an iPod.

I dont believe there is a ipod unit that allows you to use the CD changer...because the addition of the ipod unit in the simplest terms makes the PCM think it is the CD changer. So its one or the other. I think Denison may allow the use of a changer, but I cant speak to the quality of their product/sound, never tried it.
The m0bridge unit is amazing, the sound is exceptional...definitely a great system.

Gateway 500 only one unit I know which allow swithing between Ipod and Changer. New software looks good and easy to operate. Somebody compare different in ergonomic of these products?

You cannot get away from the headunit's inability to handle 2 CDC type units on the network. One of the reason that other units have complaints about iPod disappearing from time to time.
Read Gateway manual first. Here is switcher on aux in/reset button box. Ignition off, remove key, switch to another position, wait for some time - turn system on - source switched. I have checked a lot of times.
The mObridge bypass switch does the same but what practical use is that.
NO! This is not switcher! This is BYPASS loop, so you can disconnect any device from most ring and hook this small loop to allow remaining devices works! Only one way to swith on CD changer from mobrige is phisically diconnect one from most and reconnect optic to cd changer, with key removed and system off. IE put bypass loop on cd changer connector if would like to use mobridge installed at front, or reconnect changer and install loop instead ipod interface.

I have the loop where the CDC was, I understand.
I removed mine because after listening to the iPod through the mObridge unit I saw no reason to keep the CDC and sold it while it had some value. Just about paid for the mObridge unit. I love ebay.
