Cayenne won't start
Okay, today I got some news from my dealer. They told me that there is a wire that goes from the alarm system to engine and that wire is broken, they replaced the wire and now it's working. Strange, I'm not convinced with the answer, however, my car is working now...
well good luck and hopefully this is the last of it.raj
I had a freind who lived on some property and just bought a brand new Lexus SUV. She was pulling out one day and put the car in drive and realized the car would not stop! She finaly slowed down in a field. Lexus came out and noticed the brake wire or something was chewed up. Neadless to say they had a Possum problem out thier and it cost her a **** load to repair this.

...there was a Recall on Toyota BrakeLightSwitches on almost every SUV/Truck...and it still happends
.@Canberk: Was it an Original Parts or some Aftermarket stuff? Cause all wires come from Ecu´s and nothing is direct conected.
Last night while driving, i started to hear some rubbing from what sounded to be the drivers front tire. I would say 10 min later and i got the "chassis warning" on my dash. This is a brand new 08 CTT pdcc with only 1700 miles. Woke up this morning to check to see if the warning was still there, yes it is
Will be going into service monday morning. My first hickup of im sure many to come.
Did they tell you what caused this?

Well mrwireless, since you live in san diego, i can't say that cold weather caused these, because what I thought was the cold weather caused this wire problem. It was below zero here when that problem occurred. In your case, I think one of your air suspensions is gone, probably the front driver side.
BUT!!,
After a couple problems with your car, it becomes a robust, problem-free car. It takes time for Porsche
