Yes. Most dealerships can't afford (won't pay) to have a fleet of loaners like Lexus, Acura etc..

99% of the time I get a Porsche loaner from a Cayenne to Boxster to Cayman. When none are available I end up with a VW or Mazda.

I just purchased a GTS from Tischer Porsche in Silver Spring, MD and they had to reset a warning light that went off. They gave me a Boxster to drive around in. Rockville Porsche usually had Audi's to drive around until they ran out of them, then you would get a loaner from Enterprise.

Hi Coach11
Just wondering if your experiences with Rockville Porsche have been good? I bought an "S" from them a few years back, but had numerous troubles with service. Decided to go to Tischer Porsche to buy my GTS and so far everything has been great! So far.....
Just wondering??
Paul

when my car is in for svc, brumos has either a fleet of caymans or cayenne's for customers to drive. i prefer the cayenne for a loaner since its completely different from my daily driver. wouldn't mind buying one.
