Panoramic Roof

I havnt looked at the manual yet to see if this is supposta happen, so anyone with a panaramic roof can jump in...

When the back part of the roof is open all the way, counter clockwise on the roof dial, at 40 miles per hour to roof moves. This happens both going up in speed and down, is this normal?

There are 2 ways to open the panaramic roof, first is turning the dial clockwise. This will open the roof to several lengths in the traditional way the roofs open, ie front to back. Turning the dial counter clockwise opens only the second panal (in the middle of the roof) again to 2-3 lengths. When this setting is open all the way the roof opens and closes by itself slightly when you reach 40 mph, I assume this is a aerodynamic thing. Its annoying in traffic so I dont use the max setting when in stop n go.
