I am not wanting anything that makes the car louder, just faster.

More acceleration mainly, not even too concerned with top end.

Can a small turbo be put on?
Different exhaust?
Different filter?
Removing filters?

You can't really add a turbo to your current engine as the engine block will not handle it, and it's cheaper to get a CTT than modifying your GTS. Your current options are;
1- Cat bypass pipes
2- Air intake

I'm not sure if there is an ECU mod released for GTS yet.

 

For now this are the otions but i heard that it's a matter of weeks until there will be a ECU available for GTS.

I can't tell you for sure, i read this info on a blog few days ago, but i guess soon will find out when this ECU upgrade will hit the market.

 

I really can't imagine a tuner being able to unlock more than a few horsepower from the GTS poweerplant with simple ECU tuning. it's N/A so there's no easy way to crank up the HP(i.e dialing up the boost like in the CTT)
i'd look for 10-15hp at most from an upgraded ECU, maybe another 30hp if you do both the cold air intake and cat bypass pipes.
40hp is nothing to sneeze at, but on a heavy truck that's already rated at ~400hp, it's not going to be something you'll really notice. it's probably not worth the $3k and voided warranty, but some will still do it.

 

A few thoughts,

Lighter or small crank pulley or U/D's
Ecu tuning allowing for a higher octane setup
Larger/ long tube headers with sport primary cats
Bypass pipes for rear cats
BMC filters or contact EVOMS for a full air intake system from the Cayenne S to be fitted.

I think with the above if can be done can gain of excess 30hp.
