buying advice for ctt?

Looking for a higher mile car 04,05 ctt in the mid 30k's to mid 40k's. Some of what I see in auto trader is 50,60k miles with a few in the 25k mile category. I have 2 modded 996tt's so mods for this car are not important to me, I will make it my dd. How important is a ppi,cpo and what years are better to look at? On avg how reliable might the car be with higher miles? Anything else I should be thinking about? Thanks in advance for any input you may have.

Done!

As usual I pull the trigger pretty fast. I bought a ctt 05 titanium/blk with all the goodies. One owner car serviced in Dallas all major services except the 60k done and all updates done under warranty. The car has 60,500 and I paid 37,888 which I thought was quite fair since its sticker was 95k. I need to do the 60k svc and get a 3 year 36k mile ext warranty. Car runs great better in some ways to my RR sport sc 07.

What kind of warranty are you going to go for, aftermarket I presume.

Fidelity is the only co the dealer in SA will honor, so its looking like $4100 for 3year/36k mile Platinum which is supposed to be the closest to a new car warranty. Car checked out great, New Mich tires, new brakes all but the 60k svc done and no paintwork at all. Car runs great!
