22" Wheels on 2008 Cayenne

Hi Guys,
My Cayenne is on the way from Germany to HK since I've placed my order from Feb this year. Very eager to get my new toy.
I've been considering to order 22" wheels for my Cayenne. I've tried search for iForge, HRE, Techart.... for a while and finally I found one from Forgiato in US. Now I need your professional comment on this brand.

Is Forgiato is famous in US? Are they provide quality wheels for super cars? Since I cannot find a dealer in HK and I need to order direct from US. Is there any thing I need to pay attention?

Since I am ordering 22" for my Cayenne and the types I will install will be 285/22/35. Will the 22" wheels be very easy to be broken on daily use by using that low profile types and the vehicle is heavy (Cayenne is >2ton)? Forgiato is using Forged 0601T6 alloy for wheels. Is it stong enough to support a heavy vehicle like Cayenne?

I want to buy a reliable wheels for my Cayenne for daily use. So I need you guys' professional advice before I made the final decision.

Congrats on the new Cayenne.

I have not heard of Forgiato here in the USA, therefore, not sure of their quality. The wheels do not look like they belong on a Cayenne. Which one are you thinking of ordering?

Ive done Forgiatos and they arent bad, but I dont recommend them for a Cayenne. Stick with brands like Techart, Rinspeed, Deluxe Design, 360 Forged, or HRE.

I have a set of 22" Champion wheels on my Cayenne Turbo and they have worked really well so far and I've had them for about 2 years. Also my dealers recommends them like no other.

Hi Guys,
Wow. Strange that Forgiato is not very good. Their price is even more expensive than iForged when I order in HK.
Here is the style I am looking for from Forgiato.

I like this style for my Cayenne. But if this brand is not famous in US and the quality is not very good, then I need to reconsider.

Congrats on the Cayenne. I haven't heard of them either, but you know that you don't want wheels that are easy to bend and you know the Cayenne is heavy. Be careful. Some wheels are made for specific cars like Champion and HRE, and some are built and adapted to several cars. I'm sure you know this already. I've just seen so many crappy wheels that have terrible finishes, are overly heavy, over priced, and weak. These may be great, but make sure you get several positive reviews before dropping the coin. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Yes, this is also my concern about the strength of the wheel to support a heavy vehicle like Cayenne. My other choice will be Techart Formula II. But someone told me that Techart is not worth for that money as the wheels are heavy and the price is high.

Frogiatto is a good wheel brand but not something usually associated with a Cayenne. IMO, you cannot get much better than HRE, but Forgiatto is not a bad wheel. HKG roads are not bad, and I doubt you would have any problems with bending as the 285/35 gives a good amount if sidewall cushion. Hope this helps.

Thanks. Although Forigato is a good wheels, I don't want to take the risk as it is so rare in HK and after service will be difficult.
Finally, I am going for Techart Formula II. According to Techart, Formula II is light alloy which I hope this will help for fuel consumption.
