The X5 will get next fall or in early 2010 a facelift.... Is now 2 years on the makret....how fast the time is going....

If I am in the market it would be the GTS....BMW is kind of bend with the new design...
just tired of BMW.... had them since 89....time to move on. The instrument cluster/dash is not attractive any longer.

Personally I would go for the GTS.
If you wanted the Benz, I'd get the GL. ML's look nice but look somewhat for the wife (assuming you're a guy).
I use to love the X5, but not so much anymore. Maybe it's because I see it everywhere.
Although I haven't had the opportunity to drive all three, I'd assume that you won't get nearly the same performance from the X5, ML, or GL to that of the Cayenne. And another major factor that sold me on getting a Cayenne rather than other makes out there, was the fact that you don't see as many Cayenne's on the street than you do X5's, ML/GL, Range Rovers, etc. Gives you that extra wow factor.
