Kinda random.
I was curious if anyone has thought of dropping a turbo s engine in a gts. It would be the best of both worlds wouldnt it? is it possible? has anyone done it?

Don't see the reason. Just get the CTTS. The cost will be less.

theoretically it should work.
I guess if you found a brand new turbo s in a wrecked car, that would be the only way it would make sense financially to do this.

But to buy a new engine and swap it out, you will be more than the base 130K ts.

I think the transmission ratios are different, you will need to change the transmission as well. You'll need to find some room there to fit the intercoolers.. Whatever, you and us we all know you will not do such a silly thing, if you want Turbo S engine, then get the turbo s, otherwise, try to live with your GTS..

just get a CTT and be done with it, 500 hp, and there should be lots of good deals out there.

Why you even think about it?

Best of what worlds?

You can equip a Turbo to handle like a GTS but you can't equip a GTS to put down the power like the Turbo.

Even if you could do it why would you void everything on the car to get it done?

Dumb question: other than Eibach springs, wheels/tires, and lowering modules what other parts are there for the Cayenne to increase handling?
