What The?!
What The?!
Hey I am a huge fan of the Cayenne and finally in the market to purchase one. I am not sure what to get whether it be a New Turbo , Turbo S, or a GTS. or maybe even a used Turbo/s. So I am here to ask your guys opinion. I do enjoy modding cars. But I like to do so with the idea of OEM+ where I don't ruin the luxury of the car too much. I seem to be wanting to lean toward the GTS but it just doesn't seem like there is enough power. But I am really in love with the way it looks. I would appreciate any feedback you give.

The answer is obvious...
How much money are you willing to spend on it? If you are willing to afford the Turbo S, then go for it, otherwise the Turbo, otherwise the GTS, otherwise the S, otherwise the base model...

It does not. If you like modding at all, go with the turbo. The mods are pretty much the same between the two but the desire to mod would (IMO) put you in the more power-hungry category.

if you're options are a new GTS or a used turbo, I would get an optioned out used turbo.
I say this because you can't option out a new GTS for the price range you have set.
My GTS was about 100K plus taxes and normal fees.
You need to make sure you get full leather/nav/pdcc/ stuff like that are the basics.

jace, i am pretty sure i can get the new gts optioned out full leather/nav/pdcc/ stuff like that are the basics. for my price range considering the market and if it took a little more I wouldn't opt out of the options. But the deal breaker seems to be auto vs manual. I really wanted to drive manual (so that would be the GTS) but the power gain in the auto (turbo). maybe some one could give a thourough explanation.
I've bought an S, and still regretting the decision not to buy a Turbo. I'd definitely go with the Turbo, there is no other way that you can get that much performance with any mod that you do to GTS or S.
What do you think of this deal?

SOrry, I was not taking into consideration any incentives.
I was only going straight off MSRP.
With currents deals certain dealers will give, you can get a GTS for the price you want and a TS as well (used of course).
Honestly, I would probably opt for a used Turbo 08, over a 09 or 08 GTS if the price works for you.
I always need more power.
Glad I got the GTS, but I have my eye on the Turbo S now.
Ok look sorry for the million Questions. So basically it has been narrowed down. so do i go for a 08" turbo or an 06"turbo s. if i have been thinking about this right.it seems like an 06" TS would be cheaper than an 08" T. So again feedback helps. Thanks! also what performance options do I have to make sure are equipped when searching for these used cars?
ok so look i found an
2008 Porsche Cayenne Turbo Internet Price: $104,805.00 with 18 miles on it
