What kind of Gas Mileage can one Expect on this car?

But more importantly, IS there a way to make it MORE fuel efficient e.g. can you drop some weight etc?

If by "this car" you mean a 955 Cayene Turbo you can expect 12-18 give or take....

You might want to be more specific though...
