CD Changer Info on Multi-Purpose Display?

CD Changer Info on Multi-Purpose Display?
When playing a CD via my CD changer I can't seem to figure out how to get the song name to show on my MPD. Is this possible? Right now it just shows the CD number and track number. I know when listening to a CD through the CD player it shows the name...

don't expect anything more... yeah, you heard me right, no possible way to see the track name there...
