PLEASE HELP!!! I'm about to take my WHITE turbo s to the shop to get the magnum installed, but I can't decide on the color combo for the wheels. Been thinking for the past couple of days.. I was thinking to do the wheel in black and lip in white. What do you guys think?? How would you do it??

I would do no more than a very thin white pinstripe - but not the entire lip.

 

yeah but I don't think that's gonna be an option 'cause its a 3 piece wheel. so its either paint the whole lip or do nothing.

 

I would do a black face polished lip.. I don't like when people pain the lip..

 

just like a haircut, it's a personal preference.

I think black with a white lip would look awesome! Everyone always seems to play it safe and go with something more suptle or common, but I give you credit for having some ***** to do something unique that you won't see everyday. I say go for it! And if you end up not liking them, you can always have the lip polished. **just my 2cents** Whatever your decision is, please post some pics for us all to see.

 

i agree with the above. i think white on black with a white lip would look great.

I really like the magnum but their wheel color combo for a white car is....iffy.

 

I agree, I would prob contact peter@wheelexperts as he has done a few cayenne's already. That black wheel white lip thing doesn't really work so well on trucks because the wheel and the fender is so far apart. I would suggest to do a black face wheel maybe with some white accents and a standard chrome or hi polished lip.

For example take this wheel, you see that its brushed with hi polished accents? Now change it visually to the brushed parts matte black and the hi polished areas white, that would flow very well with your truck I think.
