Cayenne Incentives

My CTT lease is up in a few months and I've started looking for new one. I'd like another TT, but apparently there are very few '09s around as most of the production was switched to the GTS and TTS.

The factory has some great incentives on the Cayenne now - low money factors on leases, 2.9% financing, and perhaps a loyalty program where Porsche will buy you out of your last 3 payments (dealer is confirming this). On top of this, I've been offered a TTS for invoice minus.

wow serious?
when you say "Porsche will buy you out of your last 3 payments" does this mean that they will "reimburse" you for last 3 payments? i don't quite understand but mind if you clarify a little bit? sorry!
coming from cayenne s and thinking of switching to GTS or plus (TT or TTS).
thanks!!!

as far as i understand, they will let you give them the car back before your lease ends if you have only 3 months left if you promise them to lease another porsche. i don't think you get to keep the car for the last three months that you haven't paid for

As of around August of '08, invoice is no longer truly invoice. Before that, there was about a 15% mark-up on Porsches. After that, Porsche reduced it to 10% but with a 5% hold back that the dealers get. It is broken down in some fashion that they must meet certain criteria to get the 5%. Not 100% sure, but I think they get 2% for having a store that meets certain criteria. and 3% for other things. Consequently, dealers that meet the criteria have an extra 5% to work with so have more negotiating power and can sell "below" invoice.

so i guess better approach is how much you are getting it for off of MSRP rather than invoice since it varies.
i remember that somewhere around 10% is really good deal (from MSRP).
but then, my source is outdated (last 2 years)
