Just curious, anyone considering buying a Transsyberia edition when it comes out next year?

Ya.......it's not for everyone. Definetly grabs attention. I've driven our replica (below) in many rural areas, and rural folks with big trucks don't seem to appreciate the offroad theme. Thankfully the deep Fabspeed exhaust note earns some respect, and reminds bystanders that this car is not a hybrid.
We're going to order the original light bar and the alcantara steering wheel, that's the final project.

 

the official Transsyberia used in races is sweet! but everything else is just a cheap imitation in my eyes, :/ even the ones porsche is putting into production imo

 

Vile, and a vulgar marketing led cash in on the GT3 RS livery. The kind of thing that makes Porsche aficionados recognise and loathe the ascent of the accountant over the engineer back at Stuttgart.

You're right....it's a great marketing thing....it draws a crowd wherever it goes.

Apparently not for everyone, tough crowd.

 

My only objection is the paint job and how it cashes in on and debases the RS.

 

I made a light bar the same as the original Transsyberia, also put some Grabber AT2 tires ,looks great and take my Cayenne to the mountains and 4x4 rides at least once a month, its very capable, and fun!!!

After that I switch to my 19s and put back the side skirt aerokit , take the light bar off and looks more road oriented.

The Cayenne its lots of fun on road and offroad

 

We have the Generals too, its a nice tire for street or offroad. A little loud, but that's to be expected on pavement.
