I got Eibach springs. I need help?!?!?

About 4 months ago got eibach springs installed on my cayenne V6. and the two front springs were making a screeching sound so i went and they said its only one so they fixed that one by reinstalling it. but the other still made some sound(i didnt have enough time for them to fix that one) now 4weeks later the one that got fixed is making the sound again. i called the shop and they said that it could be the rubber for the springs that is worn out or my shock is worn out. What do you guys think please help?
thanks

I think they have heat shields in not sure but idont think it would be from the rotor.. ill ask the shop to also check if thats the problem

I think the springs have like 500miles on them. the cayenne is a 2008.... The sound sounds like it needs to be greased its like a screech sound do springs ever need greasing?
Thanks

No I meant how many miles on your car. Not the springs
But is a 2008 so I don't think you have a lot of mileage enough to say that the shocks are bad.

Eibachs are only made for 03-06 Cayennes V6 Only.....

H&R work for all motor types and all the years...

sounds like the one who sold you the springs had an 08 or 09 and ended up with the same problem but realized after ordering them (but before installing them) learned that they wouldn't work on an 08+. if this is true the shop you had them installed at is really STUPID (for installing components that dont match your vehichle. If the case the person who sold you the springs knew this, thus should of sold the to 03-06 cayenne owners only... So they sold you the wrong springs b/c they themselves made a bad purchase. the scenario is not important nor am I trying to blame any one because i do no thave enough information to really acuse anyone of doing this. but to help you in this situation from the information I have I can only offer:

(problems) you have springs that are not meant for your car

(solution) put oem springs back on your car
