How much louder is it then stock when driving around normally (in cabin and windows up)? How about when you floor it with the windows down?

Definitely louder in all situations. Does not drone at hwy speeds though...which is nice. My '05 CTS-V with Kooks headers and Magnaflow exhaust used to wake up the dead so the TechArt exhaust on my CTT is mild to my ears.
