I'm new to the forum so sorry if this has already been addressed at some point but is it possible to buy a different trim kit for the cayenne? I am considering buying a black turbo S but it has the silver trim around the doors, down the side and on the back. I'd rather have just plain black. Just wondering if/how I could buy something like that. I assume if I can only get it from a porsche body shop or dealer that it would be outrageously expensive. Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks.

 

If you search for "trim" under search you will find a dozen threads on this topic.

In a nutshell: you can buy the OEM exterior trim in black, but it's expensive. You're considering buying a $135k truck, so the extra thousand doesn't seem like much in perspective.

You could also paint them, but it's not that much less expensive and you risk the paint chipping.
