Techart lowering module

I have a few questions about the techart lowering module...

1-does it go lower then the lowest setting on the air suspention options or does it keep it at the loading level all times..

2-how much does it cost?

3-anybody have pics of this with the stock GTS rims if so let me no

4-are there any other lowering modules that are cheaper and actually make the car go lower then loading level...

thanks

1) you can drive to loading level.. once you remove the key it will go lower than
loading level automatic.. the off road level is also a bit higher..

2) $2000-$3000 depending on the retailer.. need to be calibrated by a porsche dealer

3) i believe renntech is the cheapest ..

you have to go to your OPC (dealer) so he can program/code the module to your car, basicly so the car knows you have the module fitted.
otherwise it wont recognise the hardware. its because of the canbus system.
everytime you add an electrical option, the car needs to be "syncronised/linked" together.
you can use an indipendant centre if they have an autologic or PIWS set up.
good luck.

TechArt Lowering Module is really a great piece. It lowers driving and loading mode. Raises off-road mode. Automatic parking drop to loading mode.

Call Alex at TAG Motorsports in San Diego - Hell give you a great deal

Actually, mine only allows me to drive in "Low" setting (one setting below NORMAL). If you put it into the "Loading" setting at a stoplight it will just raise back up once you go over a few mphs.

Me too. The TA module will not permit you to drive in loading mode.

i have the lowering module also, but my friend does not (cayenne S) but when we are out together (he has air suspension also) at traffic lights he lowers the car to "loading level" and when he drives off, it automaticly rases up to "low level" looks very cool, and to be honist is the same as a lowering module...but is just manual

you can do this by hand everytime if you want to save $2-3000

Renntechs even with their remote is about 2k which is 1k less than the Techart one. Techart makes great stuff but they are expensive, mostly because of the exchange rate and duties but this is the world we live in.
