Possibly so. At this point I'm not sure what to do with this thing. I am not at all happy with it; and very disappointed. That's for certain!

 

Go back there and demand to take the tech on a drive with you. See if he has the guts to lie about the problem being non-existent when its clearly there with you in the vehicle.

Or bring it to another dealership. It may be worth a 50+ mile drive. It is probably a small part that needs to be replaced, and I'm sure the vehicle is otherwise in good condition so no need to dump the car over a single part (out of literally thousands).

But if you have to, do what you gotta to do.
