I picked up my Cayenne this morning.
For the coolant issue, they replaced 2 sealing rings. I think this was done per the TSB. Here is the description on the repair order:
"11758 COOLANT SEALING RINGS FOR INTAKE SOCKET LEAKING COOLANT 2.60 19 01 01 00 0.50HRS PRESSURE TESTED THE COOLING SYSTEM 19 58 19 00 2.10HRS REPLACED THE SEALING RINGS FOR THE INTAKE SOCKET PRESSURE TESTED THE COOLING SYSTEM, FOUND THE SEALING RINGS FOR THE INTAKE SOCKET TO BE LEAKING COOLANT R&R WATERPUMP AND THERMOSTAT, REPLACED THE INTAKE SOCKET SEALING RINGS TOPPED OFF COOLANT ROAD TESTED VEHICLE TO VERIFY REPAIRS DONE"
For the more difficult repair, they consulted Porsche who recommended replacement of the rear block valve.
"11578 FAULTY REAR VALVE BLOCK FOR PDCC 1.10 43 04 55 53 1.10HRS REPLACED THE REAR VALVE BLOCK FOR THE PDCC SYSTEM FOUND 1 FAULT IN THE PDCC SYSTEM (15628 PRESSURE BUILD UP RA INSUFF. NOT PRESENT) WENT THROUGH GFF AND THE TEST PLANT WENT THROUGH OK, NO ISSUES. MADE A TECH LINE CONTACT, STEVE TOLD ME TO REPLACE THE REAR VALVE BLOCK SO I REPLACED THE REAR VALVE BLOCK AND BLED THE PDCC SYSTEM."
They're not sure if this will fix it, but they said it's the only thing Porsche suggested.
Now on to the biggest problem. I brought the car in covered in salt and grime from the recent snow storms. I told them not to wash the car because I'm a fanatic about the black paint on my car. Well, they washed it. Now my car is a swirled mess. :grr:
I doesn't look like they even washed it off, just rinsed and then smeared the dirt around.

So now it goes out to a body shop on Monday - on their dime, obviously. ****.

I would try to have it detailed before you have it all painted. A good detail shop should be able to remove almost all of the swirl marks, but if the whole car gets painted, there's a good chance that it will never look as good as factory again.
They're not going to paint the car, just a lot of rubbing. I'm just amazed at the condition that they left my car in when I picked it up.
PITA, but the dealer has the car again. They claim it's going to be ready for my road trip on Weds.
They were very apologetic, but didn't really go out of their way to ease the inconvenience for me. They're 25 minutes away from my house, so I've wasted another 2hrs of time and gas driving back and forth.

I guess this is the final update to the saga of Rockville Porsche Audi scratching the **** out of my GTS.
I picked up the car tonight at the dealership. They left it in the shop so I could see the finish. It's better, but not the way it was when I dropped it off. They think it looks "awesome" and "incredible". When I pointed out scratches, they said the lights in there weren't very forgiving and I wouldn't see them in the light. The roof spoiler wasn't touched and there was a bug stuck to the front of the driver's side mirror - how'd that happen if they rubbed it down?
So that's it.
The car is not where it was when I dropped it off, but they think they're done with it. Too much hassle to worry about it, I'll have my normal detailer finish the job.
Also, no response to the 2 emails I sent the GM. Does anyone on the board have a contact for someone higher at Rockville Porsche Audi? I'm going to send out a letter detailing the situation as a follow up to the emails, but based on previous response from the GM I'd prefer it went to someone who cares.
Thanks.

Another follow up - Rockville Porsche agreed that if I wasn't happy they would arrange for me to bring my car directly to Euro Pros to discuss the problems I saw with their work and they would pay for it. As bad as the detail work from Euro Pros was, I'm going to pass and select my own shop to do the work on the car.
The attitude from Rockville Porsche is really disappointing. I asked them to take ownership of the problem and return my car to me as it was when I dropped it off. What they've done is a half *** job, poor communications and at no time did they exceed, let alone meet, any of my expectations of service from a Porsche dealer.
I also put in a call to Porsche customer service. No return call from them.
Amazing.
