I've tried to fit a couple of brands of generic replacement wiper blades but the pin on the porsche wiper arm does not fit any of the adaptors. Anyone know any that work or does it have to be a dealer item. Looking for a Candian source.

I think that the VW touareg blades are the same.

Buy the real deal. I used the knock off ones and tossed them after a month. The real Bosch blades are the ticket.

thanks again for the suggestions. I ended up going to the VW dealer where they charged $20 less for the pair. They had te same "made in Belgium" stamp and part # as the factory blades. Makes me wonder how many other maintenance type items can be purhased this way saving a fair bit of money. Feels like the Porsche dealer is doing some price gouging just because we own a "Porsche", assuming that we will be wlling to pay more for exactly the same thing. But that's a rant for a whole other post.
Might be intresting to start a post of maintenance items that can purchsed through VW at a discount for identical items though.

Good move. I bought a bulb for my 911 and it was $8.00 at the dealer. Went to Wal-Mart to pick up some oil and the exact same bulb was in a 2 pack for 2.00.
