trunk lid, does not stay up. (previous searches inconclusive)

2004 cayenne s. is there an adjustment, or do the struts need to be replaced. can this be done DIY or is it a visit to the dealer??? thanks in advance.

porscheaudifam is infamous around these parts
Under warranty so i do not know how they did them - had all struts on deck and window were replaced - now it is a little harder to close!

this is a known issue on '04 models. Took mine to the dealer and it took them 45mins to replace the struts.
