When I apply the brakes, specially when its wet I get a knocking sound from the drivers front side. It doesn't always happen though.

Took it to the dealer they want to replace the front disks but I'm not convinced that's the issue.

I replaced the front disks at around 40k or so, im at 69xxx now.

any advice?

It's probably the Fabspeed Bypass Pipes you have, mine do the same, only on breaking and it sounds like a knocking noise.

 

Sorry not the brakes, the control arms. Shouldnt this be covered under the extended warranty?

 

Its not the pipes, I had that issue before and solved it by hammering the heat shield a bit
