3.0 V6 Supercharged Cayenne V6??
apparently a frd in china told me that he ordered a V6 Cayenne, but its 3.0 V6 Supercharged....
I told him that its a Hybrid, but he said he only paid 800k RMB for it... which is almost half the price of the Cayenne S Hybrid in HK.
does these exist?? I thought all V6 Cayenne are the 3.6 VR6

I have not heard of them using it all by itself though. Thought they had their own new V6 for that.

I did some research.... and the V6 Cayenne sold in China is the 3.0 V6 supercharged from the S4 on its own rated at 333HP, they Hybrid one is also avaliable!

On all Cayenne petrol engines, we have used direct fuel injection (DFI) to achieve a significant increase in specific power and torque as well as better fuel economy and lower emissions.*
The new Cayenne features a supercharged 3.0-litre V6 engine with direct fuel injection (DFI) and variable valve timing on the inlet valve. The unit delivers 245 kW (333 hp) at 5,500 - 6,500 rpm and maximum torque of 440 Nm at 3,000 - 5,250 rpm. Maximum speed is 239 km/h. The car requires 7.0 seconds to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) with Tiptronic S. At the same time, fuel economy has been improved by up to 16 %.
* These data were obtained using the Euro 5 measurement method (715/2007/EC and 692/2008/EC) in the NEDC (New European Driving Cycle) with standard equipment. The information does not refer to an individual vehicle and is not part of the offer, but is simply provided so that comparisons can be made between different types of vehicle. Further, up to date information on the individual vehicles can be obtained from your Porsche Centre.
Consumption figures were obtained on the basis of standard equipment. Special equipment may affect consumption and performance.
