Did Porsche botch by making the new Cayenne look smaller?
Did Porsche botch by making the new Cayenne look smaller?
As a previous generation ('06) Cayenne owner, I am not sold on the new Cayenne because it looks so small
IMO, no doubt the interior is much nicer than the old. No doubt it will drive better given it's got more power, weights less, and better/newer engineering.
I am just curious how many previous generation Cayenne owners have the same thought as me? And please try to stay on topic and not turn this into a old vs new bashing thread.

Sorry for the long delay. I will grab some photos and post them when i get off the satellite internet connection (its not that fast) end of next week.
I feel the same is true with 03-10MY's. Some Cayenne's just don’t do it for me and others really "pop" out . I feel the RIMS and exterior options (such as exterior aluminum, wheel Arc's, etcetera... )
IMO the '11 look best with Large rims, smaller spokes. They really fill the tire wells nice. WHITE looks really good. Black as well.
What do other people think? '11 owners?

I think that's part of the appeal of the new Cayenne, the fact that it looks smaller, but really is bigger. I used to think the same thing...."man that new Cayenne looks small!" But a few days ago we had a 2011 parked next to a 957 Turbo and side by side you could suddenly tell how big the new car is! Ever since then, and since I really spent some time in the new interior, i LOVE it!!
