i have taken my car to the dealer twice for the vibration. i think it's really stupid problem that they should fix it.
I am a little worried as I am going to put 22"s on soon.

I had a vibration issue when I first got my 22s. Culprit turned out to be much needed hub-rings for a nice fitment.

I actually had a problem with my wheels for my last ride, there where little rings in the centers of the inner part of the wheel that was used to correctly match the diameter of the rim to the diameter of the car itself. God knows what its called but I had a vibration for a good 3 months and numerous balances couldn't fix it until I realized that one of the rings where missing from the wheel.....

The lower profile the tires, the bigger the wheels, its easier to upset the alignment and its harder to align. Vibration is sadly part of the new big wheel game of today....

Couple things...
!. Porsche is aware of a wheel vibration problem in the Cayenne. Whther they will admit to it is another thing. It's one of the things that caused be to sell my second Cayenne. The first one was totally vibration free. My friend owns an extremely experienced wheel/tire shop that has worked on Cayennes for PCNA in Atlanta. They tried just about everything--on car balancing, changing tire brands, disconnecting the front/rear wheels--and on a couple of them it just would not go away.
2. As far as big wheels and tires go, they frequently shake because they are not round. Just because your tires are expensive, or your tire retailer tells you they're great, does not mean they are round. No amount of balancing will make a round tire run smooth. I agree, the Daimaris is the smoothest I have seen in these huge sizes.
3. Alignment has nothing to do with vibration. It does make your ride less pleasant, but no effect on shake.
Hope this helps.

Just wanted to let everyone know that my vibration has disseappeared. I had my tire guy switch my Pirelli's to BFGoodrich G'Forces (285 35 22). I've done about 2,000 kms on them and I can safely that I don't feel ANY vibration at all. I didn't believe in those tires at all when I saw them but I am pleasantly surprised.

My tire guy told me it maybe had something to do with the load rating but I somehow doubt it, because the Michelin's have the lowest rating...

BFGoodrich GForce 106W
Michelin Diamaris 102W
Continental 103Y
Pirelli 103W
