V6 mpg

Hi,

I am wondering how's the fuel economy on the V6? Anyone's done an extensive logging of their V6 Cayenne?

BTW, I am not talking about the new Cayenne, the old gen.

Thanks

Alex.......if your worried about MPG.......dont pursue a cayenne.

With that said.......I get 22-26 on highway if I run good gas and filters and oil changes are fresh.........15-18 in the city. so expect 15mpg best case.

Well, I know for sure won't be economical just wanted to know how bad it is! I got a 997 C4S, and wanted to know if Cayenne V6 is just about the same, worse or better?

we can trade in the future if need be.......im looking at 996's 997s and even Turbo Pig to buy in next 12-24 months.

Might just go for a 928 this time.....the car that started it for me.

Look up the mileage stats for both the cayenne and cayenne S...I think you'll be surprised to see that the 6 gets almost the same MPG as the 8. I was going to buy the 6 becasue I thought it would be better on gas but everyone I talked to said that they were about the same...and they are. The S is a no brainer. The 6 is horribly underpowered.
