This is the second time that I have a CD-R stuck in my Cayenne. The dealer keeps saying that it is because burnt CDs are thinner or thicker than normal CD, which is why they get stuck. The first time (last year) when this happened (the CD would get stuck but at times would release it) I demostrated it to the service person with a normal CD and the same thing happened. She then just replaced the entire thing under warranty. I am now out of the warranty and have a CD-R stuck, it won't come out like it did last year at times. It even says there are no CDs inside when there is. Anyone else have this issue?
If I am not suppose to use CD-Rs in my car, then why would they make it so that it plays MP3? Makes no sense...
