Who has chipped their CT?
I was reading some mag while sitting in the throne a couple of hours ago and there was mention of the 'factor power-kit' for the CTT. Added about 50HP and about the same TQ. Consisted of ECU reprogramming and bigger intercoolers. It cost a TON! Any afermarket guys pimping intercoolers?

well looks like I may go with GIAC flash loader program. I like the idea of a 60hp increase in addition to the 25hp for the cat bypasses. I will have my ecu flashed Saturday when I bring the GT3 down for it's dyno at AWE. I think 530 Hp for the Cayenne is a good fit...
again i am very interested in seeing the dyno because i did the chip first and it felt faster..then i did the the cat bypass's and it felt slower....i removed the catbypass and put the cats back in and it felt faster more violent if u will....so the seat of the pants factor told me it felt slower with the cat bypass's....be very interested in seeing a dyno with just the chip then the chip and catbypasses...
i will also say that my buddie has a stock ctt and his in the quarter mile was ahead of my chipped cayenne .....not happy about that i was one of the first to get the giac chip so im not sure if they have made modifications to this however id be happy to get that done if they have

SAE Corrected Dyno of Upsolute! and Fabspeed Bypass:

+38hp peak and +53ft/lbs peak plus a huge bump in torque from 3500-5000rpm.
My stock RAW peak numbers were 360 hp/366 torque back in November and were 394 hp/417 torque yesterday.
I'm still not 100% sure on how running on the dynojet dyno with the center diff locked and using the low range off road gears affects the dyno pull. Pruven said it's reporting lower than it should because turbo engines are load based and since the gearing is so low, there isn't enough time to load up the turbos. The actual pull lasted 3 seconds to go from 3000rpm to redline. I even have a video of it which I will post to this thread later after I edit it.
That said it is a monster on the street. I can easily break the tires loose in 1st gear WITH the traction control on. It is now fast enough to scare the hell outa me, and that's not easy to do. I don't feel the dyno run represents this correctly. For example a 40hp increase on a car that makes 450 stock is a drop in the bucket(9% increase). 40hp on a 200hp car is a huge difference(20%). The change in behavior on my car via seat of the pants is night and day(way more than 9%).
I'm not really worried about it since the dyno is just numbers. If I paid $2000 for a Cayenne Turbo chip and made these numbers I would probably be let down. For $600 installed I'm pleased with the numbers on the dyno and VERY happy with the way it drives on the street. The car is way more responsive even under casual driving, low rpm/high gear settings and the boost comes on faster.
Hope this helps!

Jenner, you sold me!
so to confirm, no issues with the bypass pipes? i guess not, it seems to be black and white on your dyno sheet (or red and blue I should say
)
who's your upsolute contact?

I noticed I get less mpg when I am aggressive and MORE mpg when I am just crusing on the highway. It went up from 13-14 to 15-16, and maybe it will go up more once I get some mileage on with the chip.
I sent my ECU to John at My Garage Inc. in CT. You will probably want to visit or send yours to a local shop:
http://www.upsolute.com/eng/reseller.html
It would have been a 3 day turn around time(sent on Monday received on Wednesday) but my 2004 Cayenne had a 2005 ECU so a custom file was created from Germany and that added an extra day delay.
