Water in subwoofer

I had about an inch or so of water underneath and inside of my subwoofer. Cleaned everything and now I am trying to locate where the water is coming in. I took it to the car wash and sprayed all the seals and anywhere i could think water may get in, but no water in the car. I have read that people have clogged sunroof drains, but all of those people have had water in the c pillars. I have no water in the c pillar only the rear subwoofer/spare tire compartment. Any ideas of where to look for the leak? I read that someone had a leak in the rear spoiler seal. How would I check that?

Still might be the drains from the sunroof. Carefully open the roof and get a cup of water or barely turn a water hose on and let it flow into the drains. Pull the rear dome light interior piece and peek with a flashlight. Some of those panels have a coating that the water can't get through opposite the alcantera.

Had the same issue. Blew my subwoofer. Dealer fixed. The drain hose for the sunroof on the right was disconnected which caused water to run on the headliner to the rear.

Found where water is coming in. The passenger side rear hatch strut area is filled with water after going to the car wash. What would cause this area to fill with water? Opened then rear compartment and the water is dripping in the the left of the cd changer and running down the back the the rear panel and filling the subwoofer area. Doesn't seem like it would be the sunroof drain problem like many others have had. Anyone else had water fill up in the hatch strut area?
