Porsche makes a factory spacer for the rear of the Cayenne. I have them on my car.

I just ordered 15mm for the front and 18mm for the back. Looks like there is plenty of space with my 21" GTS wheels..................

I have them on my 20" factory wheels. I think they where originally used with the 9" rear wheels to fill the gap, then they cam out with the 10". I bought the factory ones on Ebay for $100.

I got RSS 15mm front and 18mm rear from suncoast parts. They come with bolts and fit flawlessly.

I am currently using them with my winter wheel set-up on my GTS. OZ Canyon ST 20x9.5 ET52. This effectively gives me 9.5" wide wheels with a 37mm offset in front and a 34mm offset in the rear. Running 275/40/20 Dunlop Winter sport tires. The fenders are just perfectly filled out without the tires protruding at all.

I will vouch for Adaptec. Bought a set of 15 front, 20 rear for my winter 20's. Nice quality including the bolts....good price too.
