What?? A rep power of 27 and you don't have part #s memorized? but with it being 18 degrees outside I would take you up on you offer.
When I Google it the black and white diagram doesn't look right. Will try to find a good online dealer.

Velcro + Shoe Goo + Zip-ties = DONE
The ONLY adhesive that has Kung Fu grip... is none other than Shoe Goo.
1) The 3 fuzzy sides of the Velcro goes inside the seatback panel. Lay a continuous bead of Shoe Goo around each fuzzy Velcro square and allow a 72-hour cure time. It ain't going anywhere now.
2) Slide the three angled, plastic clip housings off the seat frame. You may leave behind only the metal frame snaps. The center plastic clip housing has 4 holes on each corner backing, with the exception of the two sides, which are angled like a wedge, and has only three holes. Cut each Velcro strip and lay completely to adhere over the backing of the clip housings. Using an X-Acto knife or angled box cutter - gently cut a slit through the Velcro, where the holes are. Thread the smallest, thinnest Zip-tie thru the slit at each corner tautly and trim.
The fact is, Velcro adhesive itself will fail at 105+ degrees F. The Zip-tied ends add considerable strapping power to keep the Velcro sheet intact. I add one smaller, thin Velcro strip where the top of the inner seatback gently curves to meet the headrest. This adds some redundancy, as the weight of the seatback itself will try to "pull down" everything. Staple the loop end of the Velcro directly to the leather and again, reinforce the fuzzy side with Shoe Goo.
