New 06 TTS owner!
Hey guys, so I recently picked up a CA TTS with 72k on the clock. It was a one owner vehicle and per the carfax:
All services done at Mckenna Motors Norwalk, CA.
Man this thing is a BEAST!!! This is my second Cayenne and got this to replace my 2010 SRT8 Grand Cherokee. Paid $36k which is high but the service records and one vehicle owner made me more willing to spend a few more. Options are pretty standard however has the SIM card GPS as well as the panoramic sunroof which I love having. Also included (real) Techart 22's with Nitto 555s!
It is missing the GPS DVD, the DVD map door, and the TPS sensors. Minor details.
First things first is the the 80k service interval, battery replacement, and new intake. Would love to put a set of GTS seats in the TTS but will probably just end up getting mine reupholstered. Also toying with doing a wrap... will see.

Not sure what you mean by real, but yes per the VIN it is. Also, here is a link to all the dealer pics that were posted. Close to 40 pics!

Pretty stealth! Now lower it
To answer you question, you should only put in 1 step colder plugs if you have upgraded the engine about 100-150 hp. Since it is pretty much stock, I would keep the same temp range.
On another note, the Jeep SRT8 has a really aggressive launch. Given its less than impressive highway performance, I am guessing it has much short gearing for stoplight runs. Inversely, the tall gearing on the CTT makes it a terror on the highway. Enjoy shocking people.

This is exactly what I thought of the jeep when I drove, god it was fun from light to light but once it got going it was nothing special.

Carbon6Nik, I am thinking of wrapping mine too. I have the all black everything look as well but I think a flat black wrap would really set it off. Although the flat black vinyl wrap thing has gotten way overplayed by every boy racer here in Boston, not sure if its the same where you are...
Actually dont see many wraps here in the DC area, only on I have see was a matte brown/ grey on a GTS that looked stellar. I was thinking along the lines of lime green with black wheels and lime green calipers....

Hate to say, I like the color but seems to busy for me. I like the BMW for that reason, clean and simple. Might consider wrapping/painting all the window trim black, adding a light tent on the rear lights, side markers, and maybe paint the interior housing of the fogs black to set everything off.....
