DCTMS has been providing alcantara re-wrap service to 996 community for a while, a 955 Cayenne customer wanted the same wheel on his Cayenne S so we made this nice wheel for customer

We have many different top band and stitching colors available! Good to give the Cayenne a new interior upgrade.

 

how much thicker are these compare to the original? can you tell us how much they cost? can you tell us if we have to send in our old steering wheel before we get a new one? thank you.

 

We add 1.5mm all around to the wheel, may sound not that much in measurement, but you can feel the difference when holding it
We always make a new wheel for customer and send to customer for exchange
customer can also pay for core deposit then keep their original wheel as spare.

Am I correct in assuming for heated wheels - the wheel will no longer be heated?

 

Yes, we can not retain the heated feature since we have to remove the copper mesh when redo the wrap
