Wind Noise

My '06 has developed a wind noise around the driver side window by the B-pillar. Took it in to the dealer and they couldn't fix the problem.

Door seal looks healthy. What adjustments are possible with the door?

There are a couple of things that can be done. First of all, there was a Porsche TSB issued for this exact issue on Gen 1 Cayennes. It's TSB 5730, and it recommends replacing the window guide cover with an updated version to help with wind noise at the B-pillar. I'm not sure if your 2006 car would already have the new version, but a replacement with a new part might be required. Secondly, the door can be adjusted with shims. My dealer did this for me because of an issue with the door not closing properly. It may help in your case too.
