At this point that's an increasing possibility. Glad it was so cheap on the front end, still probably "ahead" in terms of value, just not be nearly as much as I'd like.

Yeah like I said, it should be simple but I can't get mine to budge. I'm beginning to wonder if someone didn't superglue it or something?!? May be hammertime tonight

Don't take this the wrong way, but are you sure you're turning it the right way?

If you have a replacement no reason to not break the old one. Just don't yank on it and damage the wiring.

If you have a replacement no reason to not break the old one. Just don't yank on it and damage the wiring.

Alright, ya got me on that one!! Good one!!

I do have a replacement but I'm not 100% sure it's going to work because it's a different style. I'm sure I can get it with some more fiddling tonight. I also don't really wanna tear up the dash. Would be just my luck, I'd break the dash and the damned switch would still somehow be stuck!!

Haven't tried again yet. Waiting to get a new arm thing so I can replace it, then I'll do it all at once.
