Lower control arms for Cayenne models

Looking at the parts diagrams for lower control arm on a cayenne, you will see the following numbers:
95534101733 - lower wishbone driver side - cheapest around $180
95534101750 - lower wishbone driver side - IE81 increased power 368kW - $325 - 2003-2006
95534101750 - lower wishbone driver side - IE8A turbo s - $325 - 2003-2006

Parts diagram
Similarly, there are parts for passenger side but no need to clutter the story here.

Are these control arms fully interchangeable (as in I can put the turbo s into any model of cayenne in that generation)?

Is the 733 part or 3.6L and for s model only?
Which parts go with normal suspension and which parts go with performance suspension?

Should I assume all turbo and turbo s are performance suspensions?

I've read in some places the turbo s part fits only into turbo s. Wanted to confirm this is not the case.

Anyone know cheapest place to get turbo s part (assuming my ctt will be able to use the ctts part)?

This is the lower bushing that is different on the Turbo S.

Quick additional question.......ECS tuning sells the Turbo S replacements, good for any model.

I have the base....is it recommeded I do the full shock replacements too or just fronts while under the hood on this repair?

I am willing to do the Turbo S arms, new or actually improved shocks anyone can recommend......not trying to get lower etc.

Do I need to worry about the steel springs anything else while doing the suspension refresh? Should I do the arms only??

Thanks!!
