My CTT is sale pending..

Hey guys,

I will be departing from Cayenne ownership...in the process of buying a rental property in Lake Tahoe that requires, some money down... I've been looking for another SUV in the 50K range and decided on the upcoming Audi Q7..

I will be checking the forum all the time, still around to help out on Cayenne questions.. I jsut decided on pursuing the condo over the weekend as a rental property...this forum is really home to me, so I dont think I would be going away... unless Audi owners are not welcome
So I would be car less for 3 months, lol anyone renting a pcar for 3 months?

I'm selling the CTT for 66K at the dealer...

good news is i may have to sell the technos/diamaris that I just bought for $3200,lol

and some other stuff

OH man! WhAT!?!
That Q7 is badass too, I think you will like it alot. I am on the list for one at the dealer here, along with an RS4 too, If my memory serves me correctly.
That is not too bad that they are giving you 66K for the CTT. Wonder what you will be doing with the GIAC.........

PM me......when you find out the details. I might know someone interested.
I havent decided whether I want to stay with the Q7 or not. I really like the CTT and feel I would miss the powa to0 much. I have a special itch right now for the 997s and the only ointment to take care of it is sitting at the dealer waiting for me. Also, I will be in your neck of the woods all next week. PM me if you have any time to get together.

66k is a great price from the dealer - wow.

PM me when you start selling the goodies, and when you post them to the 'for sale' forum.

You are buying a condo that you want to rent all the time or use sometimes yourself? Beautiful up there

hey Todd, u got a great deal on yours
So i see you have the GIAC on the way? u mailed your ecu somewhere?
I forgot if i told the dealer i have roof rails or not we'll see.
I prob have the rails, crossbar/rack, sport technos/diamaris for sale..

The condo i probably have to sched the time I want to use it, since it's pretty much booked, but i can bump anyone if there's other 1 bedroom avail. I'm signing my offer letter this week, see if my loan goes thru, i have 8 days for the preapproval and 60days to close escrow, wish me luck I'm having a hard time looking for 100% financing since it;s a second home, and i wanted to do option arm, all of the bank wants 10% down, i guess i have to put up, if I dont find any

I'm buying here

Alex - not getting GIAC yet - want to switch ECU's??? Please?

100% finance on a 2nd home? How is that even possible? All the 'second' or commercial property I have purchased required 20-30% down...guess things things have changed. Sweet.

The Village at Squaw is very nice.
I've stayed at Squaw Valley Lodge about 10/15 times.

Nothin like gettin a drink at the bar at highcamp and enjoying it in the hottub in the summer, over lookin the lake and mountains
