u have a turbo and get about 300 miles?????????????????????????

We made a run to FL last week via I-95, pretty much level to rolling hills in a small part of the run. Just to keep from getting run over I drove mostly 80-85 and the average milage, according to the computer was 19.6. At more moderate speeds of 60-65 we get close to 21. I'm satisfied with the milage of our V-6.

yeah, I'll take a pic... filled her up today and it said 485 miles... and mine has ALWAYS said near 500 miles on a full tank. But remember when I drive a bit ruff, it goes wayyyyy down.Originally Posted by bentley500

i believe you man. i am just pissed off that i am getting such crappy mileage. not once has my range said over 380 when i fill up. but when i go on the highway it goes up a bit but when in the city - even when driving very relaxed - the miles also go way down.
but at the end of the day, even when driving very normal i only get about 200-230 miles per tank!
My wifes Turbo is modded and she drives insane. 7k on tires and she makes me sick
when I drive with her.
When I fill up it says 450-480 miles left. I never reset trip but it says 13.8 mpg.
I usually change her car every year. She told me do not even think about a different car for her. This is by far her all time fav.

I get 310-400miles on a full tank in my V6. I drive very relaxed to get the latter. On really sporty/stressful week's, I never drop under 300miles. So have your vehicle checked. You've already passed the break in period. Originally Posted by bentley500

Have it checked out, let us know how it turns out. I would not usually care to much about 30-40 extra miles, but a full tank nowadays in montreal area is $130 CDN. And I don't like giving out brownies (the equivalent of benjamins) and getting nothing in return. Mind you this is still much better then the ML500. I drive so much that the monthly payment on my leased cayenne is the equivalent of money I drop on fuel. It's just not about the price of the vehicle anymore.
And my friend thought he got a good deal on a grand cherokee 4.7L for $350/month, turns out it runs him about $1200 fuel inc. /rant
