9ff Lowering Link

I ordered this not too long ago and just wanna share some stories.
I've been looking to lower my car and didn't want to spend $1500-$2400 on electric module.
One day I found lowering link and posted here a while ago to get some feed back from you guys.
However, I didn't get any feed back.
I assume that no one done this before.
If this link is no good then I guess I will have to go with electric module.

Just came back from Porsche dealer today and got an "Yes" word from Tech who understands this lowring link method. He also said this link will not be a problem to suspension.
Well, It's too early to say good or bad so I will keep update with this. (after installation, such as ride quality...etc)

BTW, my order was just sent from 9ff in Germany today according to Emeka@Eurocarboutique.
He is SUPER NICE person to consult with any problems or mods to your toy.
After many many emails, he was there to arrange between 9ff in Germany and even Porsche dealer in my town and other motor sports who installs their product.

I have good feeling about this one.

I can't wait for your result. If this works out im all over buying a set. I hear the module makes the car a bit bouncy. thanks

thanks!

yes, the ride does change a bit.
It stiffens it up, but quite tolerable for everyday driving.

You'll notice that at the lowest setting and the comfort shocks on, that it gets kinda bouncy on uneven roads. if you tighten it to normal on that same road. you'll feel it, but won't be bouncing all over.

the beauty of the links mod is that there is adjustability. I lowered mine to almost the threshold of the decent limit. Any lower, the ride would sacrifice greatly.

I think if you'd be willing to go a tad higher than I did, you'll have a pretty comfortable ride. maybe to the height of what the modules lower to?

It will lower 40mm according to Jean Pierre Kraemer @ 9ff from Germany.
I'm just waiting for mine to come...telling myself...be patient be patient

This link can be adjusted 4mm per twist.
You can go as much as 60mm lower or more but wouldn't go beyond 60mm.

Yo~ Alex!
You must enjoy your new watchES.
You know you could gone for SC or upgrade to TT with that watchES...

BTW, Just got an email from Eurocarboutique this morning.
My lowering link will be here by end of next week...I didn't know I had this much of patience.
Also, they were nice enough to follow up on my order from 9ff in Germany but still...wish the product arrive here on time.

I asked them to set at safe to run 22x10(Going for 40mm drop. and I'm expecting to have little stiffen up on my suspension - according to mase)

This is my last choice of wheel.
OZ Canyon 22x10 with matte finish (w/tire 285/35/22 or 295/30/22 not decided yet)
It fits my description. (EZ to clean period!!! also, very good price for 22")
ehaser1 had his Caynon done with matte finish and looked insane.

Oh yeah I'm still waitttttting and will update once I put it on my car.
