It doesn't have offroad capability with that low sleak design and has much less interior room (The reason behind an SUV in the first place). It ain't gonna happen imo... The Porsche sedan will be out by then to meet that market.

Looks like a cross over. It's just an artist drawing so don't hold your breathe. Cayenne has been a superb offroader that can match land cruiser, land rover and jeep in offroad capability. Although the market doesn't care about offroad capability, Porsche's legitimately created a capable SUV. It'd be nice to make it lighter and sporter to meet the actual use of the buyer.

IMO, most SUV will be lighter and more efficient in the next 7-8 yrs in order to hold sales in today's gas prices. People just can't afford to get 12mpg any more.
