Question Safe and easy way to lower my Cayenne S?

I have 20" Gemballa wheels and this is how the car looks right now... and it seems like the gap between the wheel and car is just a little too big. I don't want to close the gap completely, but maybe just lowered it like an inch or 1 1/2 to decrease the gap a little. Is there a safe and easy way for me to lower the car? Would switching to H&R or Eibach springs do the trick? Is just switching the springs safe? Sorry... newbie on lowering. Thanks.

That is the drop I'm looking for... and that was achieved with only changing the springs? How much did it lower it? Would H&R springs be comparable? Is it safe to only change the springs to lower the car? Wouldn't that put too much stress on the struts?

thsiao,
Techart springs drop the car about 40mm. the ride will be stiffer than stock but u can also take turns faster.

i had them on our family CS for almost 3 years with 50k miles with no problems. i have a set in stock currently. PM me for detail.

Cognac,
what's up with the noise from suspension? any news?

Where do you guys usually go to get the springs swapped? Any shops in SoCal that anyone would recommend?

Should I go with Techart or H&R?...

This might sound stupid but... do I NEED to do an alignment on the car at the dealer once I have installed new springs???
