Evolution CAI finally arrived & now installed

The Evo -V-Flow intake system finally arrived over the weekend and I had it installed (a little over an hour) today.

I can definately feel the difference. With the addition of the exhaust it was more of a subjective visceral feeling and an audible suggestion of "enhanced" acceleration.

With the CAIs I can feel more of a punch. I also can audibly detect a tremendous whoosh (nice onomatopoeia ) of vacuumed air whenever I step on the accelerator.

Plan on dyno run now that mods complete (unless plenum is in the future) in next couple of weeks- will post results.

Good info Kooser! I'm about to try the DPS Intake Plenum and will post results with that as well... Supposed to be a 40 HP gain with ECU flash. We'll see... Was the V Flow install difficult?

Wonder if you will get blue tubing or red?
Maybe the blue was early R&D/beta color ?
You will find the intakes well worth the expense.
PM me & let me know your opinion once they are on.

Just picked the car up 10 minutes ago with the intakes put in. ****in Redic! Car sounds bad *** with the air expelling out of the open elements. Car feels way smoother and its obviously stronger. I did the diverter valves and the fabspeed exhaust to my already bypass piped and chiped CTT. Love the car now. Beofre it was a bit hesitant and now its smooth as ICE. Run race fuel at a mix and youll see the car open up. I hear a 100 octane program is in th emist! GL. Car is def now around 550hp from the *** test.

Everyone jump on this Intake! Evoms came through again!

*** test

Sounds like all we may need still is the Plenum - I will wait to hear results on this though. I will have Dyno results to back up my and your *** tests soon!
I am hoping that they will have a stock Cayenne Turbo on the lot at the dealership (pre-owned) for which I am happy to pay the $159 Dyno testing cost so I can get a more objective comparison on SAME dynometer of the before and after mod wheel HP.

Pics or vid yet?
How do you like them.
Bad *** eh?
Sounds great and they feed my beast like it has never been fed before!
Those along with the naturally cold weather we have been having have given My CTT quite a kick.

BTW anyone interested should give Mike a call at EvolutionMS. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Just picked it up today.......all I can say is WOW!! .....My friends joke around and call the CTT a spaceship...but now between the intake and Habitat's straight pipes....it really sounds like nothing on this planet!!! The sound of the air rushing in....is amazing to say the least....the performance is significantly better and acceleration was the first thing i noticed (besides the sound) ...a MUST HAVE for any CTT/S modaholic!! Heres a few pics.....

Great Job EVO MS!!!
Also.....I want to thank habitat (Kerry) for hooking up the wheels and straight pipes!! your the man...the pipes are just what you described

Here is a short video of startup...a few revs and shutoff with the straight pipes....I will try and get more before i leave for FL in the morning....the sound is like nothing i have ever heard before....I would have more media...but ive been driving the CTT non stop since i picked it up......
Here is an old clip of my exhaust....fabspeed bypass/cat back exhaust
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qldZM...elated&search=

And the new clip will be up shortly....just waiting for youtube to clear it....will post the link when its up.....
