If the gear is not displayed, would you be compalining? haha
Tip tronics are designed that way, drive a boxster,911 etc. they all start on second gear.. they start on 1st with psm off and when the engine is cold..

Dr_jitsu: waiting for your 1/4 mile time.. can you try, auto psm off and manual?
