Speaking of cup-holders....... I really have no opinion as my newly bought 08 Turbo is missing the insert. Can anyone suggest where I might be able to purchase just the insert? I'm from the GTA area (Caledon to be more specific).

Take the fiji or smart water and pour it in a crystal geyser water bottle. And throw those dumb azz bottles out.
