CS Muffler vs CT Muffler?

If I swap out my CS muffler for a CT muffler would my exhaust tone be more aggressive? or are they one and the same?

My guess would be no. The CTT is not loud or aggressive either. Get the bypass pipes from fabspeed instead. If that is not enough you will have to go aftermarket mufflers like cargraphic or tubi.

even with bypass pipes on a CTT,the exhaust is still very quiet within the cabin but sounds, at a guess, 40% more meaty from the outside.

Like Griza says, Id probably try this route first then go for an aftermarket rear muffler if you're not satisfied with the bypass pipes.

I dont think there is any difference between the stock CS and TT mufflers apart from the tips and maybe the diameter of the pipes.

If you really want an agreesive setup, I would suggest Fabspeed Bypass pipes, Fabspeed muffler and SuperSprint/Hamann Sport Primary Catalytic converters and if its possible go for Speedart Headers.

Not only will this make your CS sound Brutal but very loud as you have fewer restrictions compared to Stock setup.

my v6 muffler has 2 inlets... I'd say ALL three Cayenne share the same muffler.

The S and Turbo share the same muffler and the 6 cyl has its own part #, if your looking for a beefier sound go with bypass pipes and a muffler, they sound down right mean with that set up, the Tubi system for the 8 cyl Cayennes is just unreal

the Tubi system lists for $2300, its much lighter then the stock muffler and gives that extra power you would expect from a system like that, the fit and finish is perfrection.
